The Story:

The drama starts with a flashback when Ha Myung Geun, an honest police, loses his son when a building collapses. He finds out that Jang Tae Ha is the man who caused his son’s death. He then kidnaps Jang Tae Ha’s son, Jang Eun Joong. He raises Jang Eun Joong as his son, Ha Eun Joong. After the son grows up, he finds out that the man he believed to be his father was in fact the man who kidnapped him.

My thoughts:

I don’t usually watch this kind of drama. I just watched this because my mom watched this first, and I happened to watch an episode. You see, my curiosity always gets the best of me.

This drama is full of conflicts and revenge with a pinch of romance. From the first episode, the characters are fighting and deceiving each other. Too much anger and close-up intense staring. The story was unsurprising. Although I could even predict the ending, I was hoping for an unpredictable twist—the reason why I watched until the last episode.

If you’re looking for a drama that is full of intrigue and tension, then this may interest you. However, if you want to watch something light and more enjoyable, I don’t think you’d like this drama.
